folksongs & ballads -Tia Blake
i decided to listen to this album in its entirety because I loved the song Plastic Jesus and how nostalgic and melancholy in a way it sounded to me. it reminded me of a childhood I didnt have. my parents are strong in their atheism and yet I still felt when listening like I was a child in coal town appalachia driving in a truck passing the broken cars, abandoned farms and the billboards telling me im going to hell and seeking comfort from a plastic jesus. okay I know the song is about driving fast and having sex but thats not how it makes me feel! I get to decide btw hooray so anyways I ranked it :P
